We mold young students into Business Analysts of the future. Providing them with the right knowledge, competencies and understanding of the key principles and practices and, above all, the ability and confidence to apply these in a working ICT environment.

The Role of
Business Analysis

Business analysis is a vital instrument within the business environment to ensure that information technology is able to provide effective solutions for business enterprises.

Business Analysts find and solve problems. When it comes to business processes, technology and systems, a Business Analyst’s role is to identify and analyse a problem or business need and understand how to drive change or development in those identified areas..

In order to find and solve problems, Business Analysts need a sound understanding of how systems, operation models and technology solutions work.

Details

This qualification aims to develop basic business analysis competencies required by junior business analysts in any Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related occupations, particularly those who are currently working in a business systems environment.

Duration
of Programme

12 months with a combination of theoretical learning in class, self-study, assessments, group work, practical activities and workplace learning.

  • Develop and Maintain Effective Working Relationship with Clients

  • Analyse and Apply Different Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Models for a given Scenario
