ITIL® V4 Foundation

ITIL® reflects the fast-paced and complex environment we live in, opening up ITIL® a wider range of professionals working in the world of digital transformation. As the first module in the ITIL® qualification scheme, the Foundation course will guide you through the fundamental principles of ITIL® and will teach you the general terminology used.

About the ITIL® V4 Foundation

The purpose of the ITIL® V4 Foundation is to provide organisations with comprehensive guidance for the management of IT-enabled services in the digital economy..

Training will typically take place in a face-to-face classroom environment, however, virtual instructor-led training may also be arranged if required.

The exams will typically be conducted as paper-based, however, online exams may be arranged if required.

Training & Exam Details

The course is completed over 3 days, with training taking place over the first two and a half days, and the exam is written on the afternoon of the third day.
