The Personal and Professional Development Programme is aimed at developing the soft skills of One & Zero's learners and enabling greater interpersonal capabilities and supporting the learner's career development going forward.

Structure

Students at One & Zero School of Technology receive constant evaluation and feedback from teachers and peers, as well as individual development paths to play to each student’s strengths.

There is a strong focus on personal development and career coaching to develop well-rounded young talent who impress and succeed from Day 1.

Everything we do is meant to have real impact on our students’ knowledge, careers and lives.

MODULE 2: Managing Yourself and Communicating Professionally

  • Workshop/month 4 – Verbal Communication
  • Workshop/month 5 – Time Management and Coping with Pressure
  • Workshop/month 6 – Written Communication (business reports)

 

MODULE 3: Knowing and Developing Yourself
  • Workshop/month 7 – Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-motivation, self-regulation), Emotional Maturity
  • Workshop/month 8 – Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset and Grit
MODULE 4: Building Confidence for Success
  • Workshop/month 9 – Presentation Skills
  • Workshop/month 10 – Conflict Management, Social Awareness (EQ), Accountability and Collaboration

  • Workshop/month 11 – Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
