Soft Skills Intermediate Programme

The aim of the Soft Skills Intermediate Programme (SSIP) is to offer an enhanced soft skill offering for One & Zero’s external customers, building on the foundation of the Personal and Professional Development Programme (PPDP).

The Personal and Professional Development Programme is aimed at developing the soft skills of One & Zero’s learners by enabling greater interpersonal capabilities and supporting their career development going forward.

Programme
Structure

The SSIP is built around the theme of improving management capabilities. The program consists of four modules with focus on ‘Managing Yourself’, ‘Managing Others’ , ‘Managing Outputs’ and advanced written communication skills. The modules of the SSIP will be delivered through a series of 10 training workshops, facilitated by One & Zero and scheduled with external customers accordingly

Qualification
Details

This qualification provides opportunities for people to engage in further learning towards a specialization in business analysis or achieve competencies that are portable to other specializations such as systems development or systems support.

Duration
of Programme

12 half days or 6 full days with a combination of theoretical learning in class, self-study, assessments, group work, practical activities and workplace learning.
